At LRS, our dedicated environmental, social, and governance team works closely with our human resources team to track and report results on diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices. This has led to the creation of two important employee resource group communities: Diversity & Inclusion (DE&I) and Women in Sustainability and the Environment (WISE).<\/p>
